If you decide that you would like to leave our mailing list, please ask and we will remove all of your details. Online Payments
We do not store credit / debit card details or any other personal financial information within our online payment system.
The information you provide for payment purposes is logged and processed securely for the purposes of online transactions using PAYPAL Website Payments Pro – our payment gateway provider. This means that we do not hold on our servers any of your financial details. PAYPAL Website Payments Pro is a secure online payment gateway that processes card payments and transactions in a secure host environment.
Whilst we do not hold or store any customer financial details within our systems, there may be certain cases where we are required, for the purposes of fraud prevention or the manual entry of credit/debit card transactions for example, to review your financial details within PAYPAL Website Payments Pro. In these instances, our internal policy for non-storage of online customer financial details requires that only approved employees may access the PAYPAL Website Payments Pro service and that usage of the service should be limited in regard to that of the current enquiry only.

The following terms and conditions do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

These terms and conditions are applicable to the supply of products by the Seller, hereafter referred as Garage Consumables Ltd, to the buyer hereafter referred as the Customer.
Garage Consumables Ltd make no representations about the suitability of the information contained in the documents and related graphics, or the products found on this website. All such documents and related graphics are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Garage Consumables Ltd hereby disclaims all warranties and conditions with regard to this information, including all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. In no event shall Garage Consumables Ltd be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages or any damage whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tortuous action, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of information available from this website.
The documents and related graphics published on this website could include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically added to the information herein. Garage Consumables Ltd may make improvements and/or changes in the product(s) described herein at any time.
Price
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and are exclusive of vat and postage unless otherwise stated.
All prices on this web site are subject to change without notice. Whilst we make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-date information, occasionally, one or more items on our web site may be inaccurately priced. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Garage Consumables Ltd shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of the price error and order cancellation. You will, of course, have an opportunity to purchase the item at the correct price, if you so wish.
Payment
Payments must be made in pounds sterling (£) and by acceptable Credit card, Debit card or Cheque. All debit/credit card payments made online are processed using secured technology. Authorisation for your purchases are controlled, we do not see your credit/debit card number.
Cheques should be made payable to ‘Garage Consumables Ltd’ and sent to Unit 77, Thames Industrial Park, Princess Margaret Road, East Tilbury, RM18 8RH. The goods ordered shall not be dispatched until such time as the Cheque(s) is/ have cleared.
Delivery
It is our policy to process and dispatch orders as soon as possible, within 1 to 2 days from the date of your order. Most orders are delivered within 2 to 4 days. Garage Consumables Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by the courier, or any other third party. If ordered items are out of stock, and are not going to be available from the supplier for a period of more than 28 days the customer will be notified by email, these items can be cancelled from your order for a full refund at any time before despatch.
UK orders are either delivered by Garage Consumables Ltd or directly from our suppliers, by Royal Mail or Courier.
Acceptance
The Customer shall inspect the goods within a reasonable time after their receipt and shall be deemed to have accepted the goods unless within 14 (fourteen) days after their receipt the Customer shall have notified the seller that the goods are rejected. If no such action has been taken, Garage Consumables Ltd shall consider the products being as described of satisfactory quality and fit for their purposes, and may not accept any reject at a later date.
Returns
At Garage Consumables Ltd we hope that you will be happy with the items you order. However, should you have a change of mind for any reason under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on the web site or by Mail Order for a refund. This does not apply to items personalized or made to your specification i.e. Special Orders. The following conditions apply:
Orders must be cancelled within 14 (fourteen) days beginning with the day after the date goods are delivered by contacting 02081449926 quoting your customer reference number. Garage Consumables Ltd can arrange collection though there would be a charge for this. Goods must be returned in their original undamaged condition; i.e. unused and in their original packaging and fit for resale. We regret that we are unable to refund any delivery or postage costs. We are unable to issue any refund until the goods have been inspected. All goods should be suitably wrapped/packaged to make certain of safe handling and to protect them during transit.
Goods Damaged In Transit
If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit please notify us within 14 (fourteen) days time period. Our couriers allow us up to 48 hours from the time of delivery to report transit damage. If goods have been damaged in transit we will make arrangements to replace the goods once the courier has acknowledged the claim for transit damage. We also request that you keep the goods and any packaging in case the courier needs to inspect the delivery as part of the transit insurance claim.
Silverline Tools
To be eligible for the Silverline Tools guarantee, you must register the product on the Silverline Tools web site within 30 days of purchase. Failure to register within 30 days will invalidate the guarantee. The Silverline guarantee does not cover damage caused by mistreatment. Please note that the Silverline guarantee is with Silverline and not with Garage Consumables Ltd.
Force Majeure
We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to goods supplied or delivered hereunder that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control (including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes).
License Agreement
The Customer shall respect all license agreements delivered by the copyright/trademark owners. Garage Consumables Ltd cannot be held responsible or liable for any misuses conducted by the Customer or any third party.
Law
These terms and conditions are governed and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
