What does it cost?
The best way to view the delivery cost of any single item or combination of items is to add the items to your shopping basket and then click on the ‘My Basket’ link at the top of this page. All shipping options and costs will be shown on the My Basket page.
IMPORTANT – Aerosol/Liquids products: We now have to send any aerosol product via courier service as Royal Mail will no longer deliver any aerosol products. Please also note that we cannot send any aerosol products outside the UK.
NOTE: We offer delivery to UK, Isle of Man, Eire and the Channel Islands. For other countries please speak to a member of staff for possibility and rates.

If you wish to return any item then please follow these basic steps:
(a) Contact us to request a Returns Number.
(b) Send the goods to the following address: Unit 77, Thames Industrial Park, Princess Margaret Road, East Tilbury, RM18 8RH. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. Please ensure that goods are securely packaged to avoid damage. If goods are damaged in transit we reserve the right to make a claim against the customer for this damage.
(c) Attach a copy of the delivery note or invoice as proof of purchase and mark the package clearly with the Returns Number.
Returns Number – This number helps us to deal quickly and efficiently with your refund. Please note that if this number is not clearly marked on the returned item then this may cause delays.
Note: We expect you to return the goods to us in original condition.
